Kale Chips

½ bunch of kale

½ Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ teaspoon of sea salt

Optional any seasoning you like

Tear kale into large pieces discarding the stems. Rinse the kale and spin dry in a salad spinner. Put kale in a bowl and toss to coat with the olive oil. Add salt and seasoning toss to coat. Spread kale in a single layer on a parchment lined baking dish. Bake in a preheated 300F oven for 10 minutes rotate the pan and bake for another 15 minutes total 25 minutes. Remove kale chips from the oven and let them cool on the pan for 3 minutes.
