Slow Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Cherry Tomatoes

Whole cloves of garlic

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Halve cherry tomatoes and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet along with the cloves of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, just enough to make them glisten. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake the tomatoes’ in the oven for 3 hours. The tomatoes should be shriveled and dry, but with a little juice inside. These tomatoes can be eaten right away or put in a dish, cover with olive oil and stored in the frig for the best summer condiment.
